At Bra Necessities we understand that finding the perfect bra can take a little trial and error. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may mail it back within 14 calendar days for an exchange or store credit.
Bra Necessities specializes in helping customers find the perfect fit. If you feel your item isn’t quite right, we encourage your to contact us for advice.

How to Exchange
If you would like to exchange your item for a new style or different size, please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Customers may choose any carrier. Bra Necessities recommends choosing a pre-paid delivery method with tracking and/or confirmation of delivery. Ship the item with original tags attached and sales receipt to:

You will receive an email or call when your package is received.
Exchanged Merchandise will be processed within 5 business days from the date we receive your package.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
